Wool mill for tourism purposes is situated 1,5 km away from the downstream of Emajõgi.

There is about ha 20 of land. Forage land is about ha 2 and also forest around ha 2, where you can also get firewood.

The mill is located on an island created by a flow channel.
The mills two floored log building is built in 1880, roof has been changed in 2006. Wool spinning devices work from 1886 (Platt & Brothers Oldham).

There is renovated (2006) smoke sauna on the island. Before the bridge, which leads to the island you can find renovated (2006) barn, where is very lovely to spend summer. (There is a pond ment for swimming and a proper stove in the barn)

On the other shore there is an old rocket military unit and a well, two-storey officers building and garages. In the barracks for example you can grow chickens.
